An innovative and unique circular economy concept in Champagne

To go further in its ecological approach, the House will upcycle the by-products of the grape harvest (marcs) into organic and premium spirits that will be distributed through the House’s existing networks.

Currently, these marcs are destined to industrial reprocessing (neutral alcohols, biofuels) thus wasting the potential of these by-products and more particularly the organic by-products.

This innovative and unique concept of circular economy is virtuous both economically and ecologically! Indeed, the organic marcs will be upcycled in organic and premium spirits but also in ingredients extracted for the nutricosmetic market.
