This first vintage, vinified in Meursault barrels, is distinguished by its light dosage and nine months of barrel aging, which impart finesse, roundness, and aromatic complexity. 
Its golden hue, toasty and buttery notes, and balanced palate make it an ideal champagne to pair with white meats or cheeses.
